mug hard people, mug hard. for the sec4s, this gonna be our first big exam of the year, let's start off nicely. as long as each and every one of us have put in our utmost best effort, then whatever results we get will be erm, worthy? gosh, my english is getting from horrible to worse. best of all, tmr's the full english paper. :D

i was watching the 'Pursuit of Happyness' while i was having my dinner. it was a movie that came out about 2 years ago and it's a movie worth watching. the determination he had, the perseverance to get back up to where he started and to strive for the best. isnt that what we all want? and it's mainly hard work and your heart must be put into the work you do.

quoting from the movie, one sentence goes like this, "Never let someone tell you, you cant do it." that's encouraging. in other words, never say no(i guess). never give up on whatever u are doing, always strive and aim for it.

the other sentence, "When you want something, go get it." i agree totally with this sentence, an aim, a target, there's a reason for it being there right? it's there for us to get it. of course, in the positive concept that is.

oh, im proud of myself, though i took the longest to finish reading. im a slow reader =x i'm done with Twilight! the ending was sweet yet saddening, but it's totally worth reading again. the details were explained in such explicitness, hoho, u could have the scenes running in your head. it's wonderful, brilliant!

today was soooo tiring, and warm.

we had our 2.4km run today, can faint. this shows that im not a person who exercises frequently, haha. i've not ran in ages, and today's run was totally wrecked. the most coolest thing about the run was, clayton was listening to music while running with zhen wei. hah, that's quite an entertainment to run with music, it keeps you going i guess.

after the run, everyone was flushed, red, sweaty, sticky, breathless. a bottle of water cant satisfy much to quench our thirst. a packet of tissue paper was definitely not enough, hahaha. chinese was quite a bore, comprehension again. boring..

geog, hehe, mdm rozy didnt come. we had quite a chit-chat and blasting songs here and there until recess. that's so slack. a break is always worthwhile :D

ss was quite the same, just that we had truth or dare. there were truths, and dares :DD nigel took the first dare, to run around the basketball court, twice. it was hilarious and the thing we were afraid of was that a teacher would catch him and then, gg. lol. next up was soon's dare. he had to walk to 4a and 4b classrooms and wave, totally hilarious, made us laugh till our stomachs hurt.

then, in came mrs tey and she spoilt the mood and the fun. it was quite expected but not as expected though. haiz, on with the lessons as the sleepiness came dropping by dajie and me. eng was next, followed by e maths. the weather was freaking warm and the heat was unbearable.

in the canteen, we bought our food and we realized everyone's attention was on the tv screen. looking at it, it was casting the syf band outdoor competition 2008. it was sentimental. some felt like crying, and i had goosebumps when i was watching it. despite watching tk cheering, it still brought tears. then, there was something that led tksians back to the top, strong. there was this quote from the video, "someone please tell Deyi it's on loan, we want our trophy back!" something like this, cheers came from the people in the canteen, this shows that we still support each other no matter whatever falls we make.

chem supplementary, ho, the lecturer today was speaking so slowly, monotoneous! it's such a 'lullaby', everyone can really fall asleep. most of us were struggling to keep ourselves awake. im glad nigel was there to crap and joke about, he has the power of awakening people. hahaha. but really, we were so tired, especially from the run, it's really tough to survive in the auditorium. also, the air blown out from the air-con was so cooling, good temperature to snug under a blanket and enter lalaland.

heading home was a dread, the journey im referring to but home sweet home arrived soon after.
best of the best, i realized i didnt bring back any homework to do today.

im a slowpoke when it comes to reading, haiz. i'll take my time still, haha.

it had been tiring ever since monday, especially monday. going to school seemed to be dreadful, yet fun. ironic much? u see people walking into class, first things first, head on the table ---- sleep. it's rushing through syllabus to prepare us for the upcoming mid year examinations and wow, im 'glad' to announce that i have not studied. homework's been piling, i really dont find the time to study.

today was another tiring day, as usual. lessons went on and i really felt like sleeping. it was so easy to drift off to lalaland and lalaland seemed to be just beside me. i could just step in whenever i wanted to.

i tried the jap food today, it was just average. $2 for it, not much worth. i'd consider the usual stores in future unless i decide to have jap food once a week. lol. it wasnt filling though.

assembly today was some cyber wellness thingy. the misadventures of boon, hahaha, sounds like wee boon huh? :D it was quite spastic and hilarious, we all had a good laugh. on the way back to class, there was a commotion in 4J classroom. apparently a bat had flown into the class. it was trying to get out of the class but it seemed like everyone crowding the classroom scared it. screams and shrills were heard and mr kang came to check out whatever was happening. the lights were then turned on and the bat flew out from the back door, above dajie, belinda and my head. we ducked as the bat was flying quite fast. wow, a sight seen in tk ---- an unexpected visitor.

the bat reminded me of edward cullen, the oh-so-mesmerizing person on earth. i still remember dajie's question, "do you think that vampires exist on earth?"

that really made me laugh a whole lot, because i dont believe they exist. it's a myth i guess, yup.
but if one ever meets someone as loving, sweet, caring, mesmerizing, overwhelming gorgeous, etcetc, then you just hit the jackpot :D

it's been long since i've blogged. arggh, im sorry.

friday was sports day, we invited 3 primary schools to the stadium and they were quite cute. hahaha, eunos primary won the race. tkp got third. but all did well :D

it was quite fruitful i should say, and quite enjoyable.

in fact, i wanted to do some things, however i was stopped. not by anyone but my mind. it's just that little voice up there which says, 'no' and u wouldnt do it.

sat was the band syf outdoor. you all did great, really. u all marched wonderfully and we were impressed. the spirit of tk, so glorious, so mighty. though we didnt win the title, it's the effort, the hard work that you all have put in and the supporters, the whole school, who supported on that very day in the national stadium. well done tkband! :D

praying hard to pass my exam, my results are coming out, soon. im so nervous as the days pass because i have no idea on which day the results will be exactly out.

people say, i'll do well. i beg to differ. i've played really badly. if i really did do well, that would be a miracle.

hmm, i didnt really blog for some time did i? apologies to my readers, i was hesitating over whether i should blog or not.

as a matter of fact, a lot of things happened since the 1st of april. what things? haha, im sorry but i cant really reveal them here. =x

okay, rewind all the way back to last week. my last post was on the 3rd of april, emi's birthday. oh man, that was such a long time ago. yea, long, 4 days, is really long. that's 96 hours of not blogging, how horrible i can be. and this is plain crapping.

5th april, haha, fun and slack. yup, totally. early in the morning, i have no idea why i woke up so early --- 6.30am, i was awoke and dragged the oh-so-tired body of mine to the toilet to wash up and have a refreshing bath. i took a really long time to prepare i should say, however it seemed like the second hand slowly ticked by and i was like leaving earlier than usual. it's always like this though, when u are in a rush, time flies with the wind; when u are not in a rush, time ticks by slowly, giving u all the time u want. weird?

then i walked to the bus stop. there, i got on the bus and headed to the mrt to take the train towards pasir ris. a number of schools took part in flag day too on that particular morning, eg, R.I, pasir ris crest, some other schools but i've forgotten the school names. apologies. well, the heat wasnt complying with us and just early in the morning, we felt really warm.

everyone arrived and we went to collect the bag for our flag day and went to have breakfast first. quite a filling breakfast :D then down to business we go (haha, those who were with me would know what happened :D).

we had lunch at the hawker centre in bedok. again the heat was atrocious, i could feel my skin burning under the sun, or more like a barbeque. lol. quenching our thirst and cooling ourselves down was the first thing that we wanna do. recommendation: at the hawker centre near bedok interchange, there's this drink stall that sells a whole erm, mug? jug? of drink(eg. grass jelly, coconut, pineapple) at a dollar. cheap and worth it. two thumbs up for it, but i couldnt finish. lol. the cup was really big.

we went to return our flag day bags and the guys headed on to my house to shelter from the heavy downpour. it didnt last long, about 1/2 hour to an hour of rain. then we made our way to east coast beach for sandy's bbq. quite fun times we had there. the beach was such a pleasant place, it is still and it will be forever. some mesmerizing skies we saw that night, pretty dont u think? i dont have pictures to show anyway, sorry. you will just see a patch of dark sky in the end, haha, but seriously, in my mind, it's a picture of a sky filled with many stars and that's what i saw that night, exactly.

got home really late, about 12am. wonderful huh? i woke up the next morning around 8am to get ready for my piano in the morning. tired but yea, i still got on with it. waking up early and going to my piano cher's place has kinda become a routine. im so used to going there, and i really love her home. it's so cosy, and wonderful. i love the furnish and style. what's more can u get when u are with one, not related to you, but for more than a decade? hahaha, seriously, i've been with her since 5. the relationship between us is more than a teacher and student at times. thanks for all anyway :D

heading on to the library after my lesson, it was horrendous. there were like so many inconsiderate people in the library. okay, it's a sunday, people are free, most come to the library to study and polish up whatever work they have to do. but it's like, haiz, e.g. some two guys were sitting at the ground level. they occupied 2 seats, that's reasonable, had two tables which was piled up with work. well, looks like they are busy and such. so yea, then time past and lunchtime came. the two of them got up, took their bags only, left their stuff on the tables and left to the cafe for their lunch. brilliant wasnt it? best, they took more than an hour to return.

pissed and infuriated, i made my way to parkway's coffee bean, settled myself with a belgium chocolate ice blended and started on my work. haha, finally, i was able to do my work. although i didnt manage to finish, at least i've done more than i did at the library! haha. nigel came to meet me after that and we made our way to swensens to celebrate sandy's birthday. hahaa

time past and i shall admit this, i find sandy and nigel a cute couple. even when camwhoring they look so cute together. that's a good thing okay nigel. lol.

finally, about today. we surprised huiwen with a little piglet :D hahah, glad you like it. hope u cheer up asap girl! everyone wants the old huiwen back, we need the laughter, we need the joy. huiwen's lame joke, "a matchstick scratched its head and died.", it sent us into laughter, thanks girl :D

that's what i like about people around me, we cheer each other up so no matter how down we are, we have each other, right?

best news, the whole school, if im not wrong, will be able to go and support the band for their syf this coming sat. sweet right? our last year, it'll be great to hear it before the official muggings start. sorry to mention it people but SOU must be enforced.
